某油田污水处理技术及工艺装备的改进和设计

摘 要
随着石油产业在我国的不断发展,开发的程度也逐渐加大,而且现在有些石油的含水量已经较多,因此在开采的过程中会出现较多的采油污水,到2010 年,污水量已达到12亿方,随着石油的开采也不断增加。针对于目前的状况,应该采取一种合理的方式对污水进行处理和再使用,加强水资源的节约和利用。在石油行业中,某油田的问题尤其严重,由于其处于新疆荒漠地带,水资源缺少,地下水的地位尤其珍贵,因此实现水资源的节约利用对实现生态环境的保护起到重要作用。
本文在进行油田采出水的研究之前,针对某油田(HAM油田)做出相应的分析和判断,在之前工艺的基础上,分析出其不足,结合相应技术对某油田做针对性的污水处理;在杀菌和除污技术方面,进行了不同的研究和实验,并结合对污水处理装置的改造,给出了不同的使用方案,并为此进行改造,使其为下一步发展做出了指引性的工作。
根据其研究,得出以下相关成果:
首先,使用物化处理一般对油田都具有相应的缺陷。由于其流程脚端,而且所受到的承受冲击的能力较小,因此该种污水处理装置对污水处理的效果并不明显,受到种种因素的限制,因此需要提高污水处理的细菌处理药剂。这将对污水设施产生相应的腐蚀性,增加了其应用成本。
第二,在判断污水处理对某油田的适用程度中,可以通过对其进行实验,得出相应结论,在对之后的雁木西、三塘湖和鲁克沁进行污水处理改进,从而证实在污水处理后的水质是符合要求的。
第三,在研究出针对于某油田的相应处理技术之后,可以通过化学作用对其进行杀菌处理,并采用二氧化氯与紫外线结合的方式进行杀菌处理,得出在不同条件下对水质进行处理的有效方法。根据不同的使用方式和材料对其进行相应的方式,找出应对水质阻垢的方式,并根据所设计的采出水装置,对其进行水质处理。
第四,通过对流程节点进行控制,在相应的工艺基础上,逐步提高水质的标准,并根据所设计的流程及时发现其中存在的缺陷和需要改进的地方,对参数进行参与和控制,做出改善水质的管理和应用,从而进一步提高水处理的结果。
第五,在得到关键性的油田污水改进方案后,针对相应的改造系统,提出具有针对性的改造方案,对其经济和环境进行研究,根据分析对污水处理的环境进行改造,并证明在此种方式的运行是可行的。

ABSTRACT
With the development of petroleum industry in China, the degree of development is gradually increasing, and now some of the water content of the oil has been more in the mining process will therefore appear more produced water, by 2010, the volume has reached 1.2 billion, with the increase of oil exploitation. In the current situation, should take a reasonable approach for waste water treatment and reuse, strengthening the conservation and use of water resources. In the oil industry, especially in HAM oilfield, as it is in the desert in Xinjiang, lack of water resources, particularly precious groundwater, thus realizing the economical use of water resources on the protection of the ecological environment has played an important role.
Based on the existing research of oilfield produced water treatment, this paper did a targeted research, combining the operation situation of produced water treatment devices in HAM oilfield; in sterilization and except dirt technology aspects, for has different of research and experiment, and combined on dirt water treatment device of transformation, to out has different of using program, and for for transformation, makes its for next development made has guidelines sex of work.
According to their research, obtained the following results:
First, use chemical processing field only has the defect. Foot because of its processes, and the ability to withstand shocks of smaller, therefore the sewage treatment plant for waste water treatment effect is not obvious, limited by various factors, therefore need to improve waste water treatment bacteria treatment agents. This will have a corresponding corrosive on the sewage facilities, increased the cost of its application.
Second, determine the suitability of HAM oilfield sewage treatment, can be carried out by experiment, draw appropriate conclusions, after in Yanmuxi, Santanghu Lukeqin sewage treatment improvements, thus confirming that the water quality after sewage treatment is to meet the requirements of.
Thirdly, developed after the PIN for the corresponding processing technology in HAM oilfield, to sterilization by chemical action and by combination of chlorine dioxide and ultraviolet sterilization, obtained under different conditions of effective treatment methods for water quality. According to different methods and materials used to make the appropriate way to find ways to cope with water scale inhibitors, and depending on the design unit of produced water, to water treatment.
Finally, through control of the process node, in the appropriate technology based on improved water quality standards, according to the design process to find the gaps and areas in need of improvement, participation and control of the parameters, to improve water quality management and application, so as to further improve the results of treatment.
