使用moso云应用程序培训用户提高创建课程数量的研究Research on Training Users to Enhance Number of Creating Courses with Moso Cloud App

摘要
本文通过设计一个项目报告以求达到教师会利用蓝墨云班课APP建课、而且能经常在课堂上使用该APP,能够在课堂教学中运用该APP来实现教学目的的最终目标。基于本研究假设:通过对培训课程的优化来提高用户利用该APP建课的数量,一个为期两个月的项目得以实施以实现以下目标:两个月内使用该APP建班的数量 每月增加50个;两个月内90%或以上的老师对该APP 使用表示满意。本文运用了以下科学研究方法:情况分析、PEST分析、需要需求分析、问卷调查、SWOT 分析来确定和分析本文的研究问题。使用培训和数据分析来实施和评估本项目。在本团队成员的努力下,我们最终成功完成了本项目。培训后的问卷调查结果显示这次培训总体效果还是可以的,32人表示满意,只有5人表示不满意,调查结果显示25位受访者表示接受完培训后会准备继续使用蓝墨云班APP,这些结果表明他们主观上培训的效果是满意的。通过后台数据分析可以看出使用该APP的人数和频率以及建班数量的有一定增加。本项目的结果显示,培训有助于增加用户对于该APP的满意度,以及增加用户使用该APP建班的数量,但由于培训后使用该APP的人数和频率增加的幅度不大,表明培训仍有进一步改进的空间,笔者最后从培训内容,培训对象等方面对未来的培训计划提出了建议。

Abstract
This dissertation presents a detailed report of a project to achieve the purpose of helping teachers to use Moso Cloud App to create more courses, and they can often use it in classroom teaching to achieve the ultimate goal of teaching. Based on the hypothesis that a user- training programe would help improve the number of creating courses with the APP by teachers, a 2-month project was launched to achieve the purpose of creating 50 courses monthly with Moso Cloud App in 2 months and to make 90% or more teachers satisfied with the App in 2 months. Scientific research methods of situational analysis, PEST analysis, needs and wants analysis, questionnaire, and SWOT analysis were used in the identification and analysis of the problems. Methods of training data analysis were adopted for implementation and evaluation of the project。With the efforts of all our project members, we achieved our final goal successfully. Questionnaire results after the training showed that the overall effect of the training was acceptable, 32 respondents showed their satisfaction and only 5 people expressed dissatisfaction. The survey showed that 25 respondents said they would be ready to continue to use the APP after the training. These results showed that subjectively, the effect of the training was satisfactory. Through the background data analysis, it could be seen that, the number and frequency of using the APP were increased to a certain extent. The results of the project proved that the training helped to increase teachers’ satisfaction with the APP, and it helped to increase the number of creating courses with the APP by teachers. However, the number and frequency of using the APP to create courses were not improved significantly after the training, which indicated that the training still needed to be improved further.
