        Chinese scholar of management and communication Zheng wenbin (2003) SUGGESTS content of management and communication can be divided into eight categories: emotional communication, workable business information communication, responsibilities, rights and interests communication, decision-making business communication, systems communication, corporate strategy communication, corporate culture communication, external communication. In the content of the above eight communications, responsibilities, rights, interests communication can combine with systems communication, and the corporate strategy communication and decision-making business communication are similar, the only difference is that the former is a long-term decision-making, the latter included the long and short-term decision-making, the paper mainly reviewed the business information communication, strategic decision-making communication and system communicate these three aspects.
Workable business information communication occur every time in enterprise management and must be implement well, it is the basic business information communication on how people work and how to work and how about the current work.         Currently such communication of companies is formal directive of supervisors’ to subordinate, through training and operating instructions these written methods to complete the communication. When construct the internal communication system, it should be added oral, two-way, informal communication, such as gathering meetings, sharing sessions, seminars, etc., At the meeting, all introduce their state engaged in work or business, advanced experiences; it can also set up a suggestion award, in accordance with the effectiveness of the employees’ recommendations, give them awards of different levels which can increase the enthusiasm of employees’, it can be also treated an effective communication channel of employees’ participation in management.
